That's a beautifully modulated sky. The colours change like nobody's business at this time of year - worked on a painting one day, gave it a rest overnight, looked out of the window in the morning: where have all those yellow greens gone? Blown to oblivion, most of them.

It's a lovely watercolour Alan and that soft and light touch of pale pink works a treat

How did I miss this one! This is one of your best watercolour paintings that I have come across, it’s a mixture of Rowland Hilder and Edward Wesson and I don’t mean that in a bad way. Wonderful watercolour with lovely crisp darks and some flecks of white paper showing through here and there and nothing is over worked or stated, a definite 👍 from me. Love it Alan!🙏👌
