Absolutely lovely Heather. The glow of the jar of honey/orange blossom or whatever it is works beautifully with the reflections of the dark background. You should feel proud it being your first still life. I hope there will be many more to come!

A small oil painting about 12" square. I used Hahnemuhle Oil/Acryl paper which I was asked to trial by Dawn. I think it will be up on the review link soon so it will give you all the details. Largely based on a Frexels free photograph. My first ever still life so forgive any errors!
