It IS a remarkable painting - every detail meticulously observed, the puffs of steam as perfectly accomplished as everything else. This is a man who knows his subject and has obvious affection for it.

Incredible!! The light and the very dark shadows are excellent, not easy with watercolour. I love that it has so much more character than a photograph. Love it
