Biography

I'm a busy Churchwarden from a rural parish in South Shropshire. I've been painting and drawing for 13 years - so I would describe myself as an experienced amateur. I'm a member of Ludlow Art Society and the Ludlow Friday Group, who paint landscape en plein air during the summer months with portrait and life drawing indoors in the autumn and winter. I did my first solo exhibitions at h.Art (Herefordshire Art Week) in 2019, and exhibited again in 2021, 22 and 23 as part of a collective of artists and makers at St Michaels Church, Tenbury Wells, and I also exhibit at the Ludlow Art Society Spring Show.
