Really interesting and a good painting

Fabulous old boozer Malcolm, I do like your interpretation!

This is lovely and really interesting. The style reminds me of poster I used to own of pub doorways by an artist called David Gentleman. More please.

The Black Horse Public House is one of the oldest in Whitby. It's name had to be changed from the White Horse to the Black Horse in 1828. It is believed to have one of the oldest Public serving bars in existence having been installed just after its invention in the 1870's in the USA. I love these interesting buildings which helps to create a wonderful image. I love Whitby and enjoyed doing this one. Painted on St Cuthbert's Mill 140lb Bockingford. Image size 8 x 6 inches & paper size 10 x 7 inches.
