Gorgeous painting Fiona!

I almost want to say this grows on me Fiona but it's an instant hit. Love your foreground especially the ruggedness of your cut grass and the trod beaten path to the hut really works.

I love all those little splashes of colour here and there. It really does look like the walk I take to the beach. I’m dying to get the paints out again - busy with other things at the mo. Great idea to paint the same view at different times of the year or home in on aspects.

Like this alot. You can feel the heat of the day

This is lovely Fiona and I think when you live in this kind of landscape it’s a great idea to repaint the same scene in different seasons and weather. This has reminded me of a favourite field near us with a footpath through the middle, where we walk our dog. Haven’t been there recently because too hot but now I want to go and check if it’s been cut!
