That is spectacular! I love the way you mix the various media. It contributes to making your paintings very interesting!

Really good Fiona

Rushed and clumsy it isn’t! Interesting and bursting with enthusiasm it is... Yes, really excellent work on what is a very simple composition, they always work best!

Really like this - love your colours!

Lovely painting and view Fiona, can't wait to visit your areas. ( Was our plan to tour around Scotland last year)

Nicely done. The more I look at it the more I want to be there. Great colours.

Spontaneous and full of vigour, lovely painting Fiona.

Beautiful composition, Fiona!

It's lovely Fiona, doesn't look rushed at all in fact it's very well layed out 👍🤗

Lovely colours, Fiona, interesting foreground shapes, and really like the hills in the background.

Love this especially that I call marble stones. Full of energy and shows your delight at being out and about!

I like it a great deal Fiona it’s one of those paintings that you see and instantly like.

Absolutely scrumptious, I can feel your excitement in every mark, Fiona!

Great work Fiona. For rough and clumsy I see spontaneous and lively.

It's fantastic Fiona.

The simple composition has lots of interest, particularly in the hills and the foreground - lovely, Fiona.

Fiona such great work you have produced out of a ordinary scene with good observation and energy. It reminds me of something like Vincent himself would have done...

Brilliant, love the colours and marks suggesting beach rocks, seaweed and trash. Excellent.

super Fiona, lovely and loose, really good composition

I like it, Fiona, particularly the variety of colours in the receeding headlands and the textures and colours in the foreground stones, posts, wire etc.

Really interesting and colourful Fiona, you have excelled. Glad you got out!

Many, many thanks to you all for taking the time to leave your wonderful feedback and comments. I do enjoy reading which bits appeal and stand out for you.....thanks again. X

This caught my eye immediately, Fiona. I love the spontaneity of it, and those lovely colours.

Thank you very much Ellen.

It doesn't look rushed and clumsy at all - I would call it fresh and immediate! The colours made it stand out when I was flicking through the gallery, and I really like it.

Thank you very much Bobbie, appreciate your comment.

Fresh and lovely, you have captured it beautifully.

Thank you Blanche.

Really lovely, the loose work adds to atmosphere.

14” x 12” mixed media. Watercolour, charcoal and crayon on Saunders paper. This looks rushed and clumsy, I know, but I was so excited about being out! Being confined to the house and garden apart from a trip to the supermarket once a fortnight, before the restrictions were eased , this was my first outing. You have all been there I know.....want to get as much down, in so little time and spoilt for a choice of subjects. I’ve settled down now I’ve been out and about a wee bit.
