Thank you ever so much everyone for your great feedback, I was holding this back as I thought it wasn’t very interesting. Marjorie as mentioned above, I didn’t think this was interesting as a sea view, because it was painted from a photo taken by a friend of mine who stayed here to celebrate her 90th birthday. I don’t like painting from photos, even ones that I’ve taken, I feel my results are flat. As to the comment ref the lightness of my painting gear now I only take 4 tubes of paint, 2 brushes, MDF board and a couple of sheets of kitchen roll…..it’s liberating, I can go further, and faster! 😂
