Very atmospheric Alan , excellent pen work the colour adds so much to the scene.

like this a lot Alan, just my cup of tea!

Terrific sketch Alan!

Beautifully created as always Alan.

Lovely style to this and I love the dark greens and blues. Reminiscent (in the nicest possible way) of Hugh Casson's Diary from the 80's which someone gave me recently.

Always good Alan.

This is a beauty, I like the way you have scratched out the detail on the trees.

Would be a great starting point for an oil painting, great sketch Alan as always!👍🙏

I like the intensity of those darks Alan

I really like the contrasts here Alan and the lack of colour in the building.

Terrific drawing Alan. The light tree trunks and branches, are not over done and are so well placed.

Another good use of light Alan

Dramatic ! The simple foreground and sky add emphasis to the subject.

One of my favourite places when I lived in Market Drayton - beautifully reproduced here Alan.

Sketchbook ink and watercolour, a follow up to my recent sketches during my visit… but with the hall at a distance. I’ve kept the tree line fairly dark, this is how it came through on the day.
