I've done a fair bit of monoprinting, but this is the first time I've combined it with collage before adding colour with pastel pencils, soft pastels and oil pastels. I was inspired by this year's "Angels" theme for our Carol Service (with apologies to Russian artist Andrei Rublev for borrowing an angel from his C15th fresco The Trinity).
