I bought a pomegranate a few days ago with the intention of trying a still life painting (inspired by Satu and Fiona). Unfortunately I didn&#39;t get around to doing it so the seeds are being added to couscous to accompany a lamb tagine this evening! I really like this painting Marjorie and you have inspired me to make the effort to give it a go, I now have two persimmons sitting in my fruit bowl and perhaps I&#39;ll get around to painting them before they get eaten!

Love the setup, beautifully painted with muffled tones behind the gorgeous pomegranate. (I have finally painted the pears, Marjorie but it needs a bit more colour.)
