It's still winter here!

Well if it's any consolation Fiona it's cold, wet and windy here too. A lovely loose twig? and wash painting.

Once again Fiona, less is more, another really effective pen and wash, love the silhouette breaking up the sky line, I like working with pen and wash and I really enjoy looking at yours, nice one.

I love snow scenes, and this is a beauty Fiona, that limited palette works a treat. I particularly like the distant church and the strong tonal strength of that nearest tree. I like this one a lot, your work is so recognisable and fresh. Good sky also.

What sort of paper are you using Fiona. It appears to have a good texture and the dry brush work looks good. Cold and wet here. Must be the school holiday effect but at least they'll be some bargain garden furniture to be had in the sales this year. I hope!
