Lovely composition, Fiona, and I really like the pastel colours, especially that yellow.

A successful painting I’d say… powerful image and some great paint applications and colour choice… these panels definitely suit your style! Works well as it is, I would have broken up the lane with an imaginary shadow (as I always do), gives a bit of a horizontal line to balance the vertices… I’m nitpicking of course dear…

Very nice effect Fiona, and subtle colour as usual. Alan’s suggestion of a shadow across the lane is a good one, you could still add! Actually it’s very pleasing as it is. 👍🏻

Very satisfying to do I’ll bet and the board is nicely proportioned. I’m not sure about the shadow myself, it might feel too cluttered, it’s very strong as it is. Love the palette.
