A Touch of the Dreich!

A very successful experiment Fiona, you've produced an exciting abstract painting which conveys a 'dreich ' day so well and those little touches of red/pink are a master touch.

Thank you very much ladies! We’ve had a few Dreich days Val, you too I bet. It’s useful as a replacement for expensive pastel papers Sarah, with the added bonus of being able to paint a watercolour on top of the clear gesso. It takes a little longer to dry but to have that key of the texture, pastel, graphite and charcoal has a better chance of staying put.
