15”x8” oil on canvas. I was a tad gung-ho with this one, big brush and painting knife. There are the most wonderful Bull rushes on the margins of the Lochan….haven’t seen these growing like this since I lived in the Lincolnshire Fens. I think they will make a great subject for ink drawings at some point.
