This style really suits you, Paul. That low moon and subtle colour on the sails make a lovely composition.

Russell, David , Denise and Jenny thank you for the comments they are really appreciated. The photo has lightened it a little bit that it actually looks but in please with it and I’m enjoying using the medium together , nice to in the evening as it’s not to messy and takes ten to fifteen minutes.

A5 pen and pastel sketch of a Thames sailing barge , docked for the night along the river bank . Part imaginary scene inspired by a early 1900s photo , often used to carry good along the coast to London, HGVs of the day .
