I used paint leftover in a couple of pallets to make this one. The size is due to having quite a few off cuts of watercolour paper when I’ve cut larger sheets, decided to have them as my mini landscapes .

A superb spring scene, Paul. I always look forward to seeing the bluebells at this time of year!!

Good to see these pretty Bluebells, Paul!

It’s got that spring feeling Paul, with an interesting format.

Thank you David Anne and John I appreciate your comments.

Very beautiful Paul, I like your wide format landscapes. And the interesting stories that go with most of your paintings.

The perfect shade of blue for bluebells Paul. I think the NT lady was correct 😊

12.5 x 30.5 cm watercolour of a spring woodlands scene , I called it Must be Spring as a lady volunteer with the National Trust used to say every year must be spring the bluebells are out . No matter how we pointed out to here well before the bluebells were out other plants were growing , no no it’s not till the bluebells come out . Told to her by her grandmother when sh was a child and no one was going to change her mind .
