Absolutely beautiful! Great and delicate use of watercolours. White for eyes?

Diana, this is a really beautiful portrait and, as Gudrun has said, very delicately done - difficult in watercolour.

Great skin tones and a great idea for fathers day!!

She's so beautiful as is this painting, superb portrait. Well done Diana .

Thank you Gudrun. The highlights are pinpricks of gouache. I saved the white paper but messed up! Thank you Jenny. I would love to paint in oils but the mess I make is indescribable!! Thanks Peter. The father will have to share it with his birthday girl wife. Thanks Dennis. We all think our own are beautiful! This little girl has the happiest disposition I've known in a baby. I'm sure that will change soon. Diana

A beautiful portrait - really charmling.

Thank you Margaret. I think the painting has faded a bit as it’s in a frame on a bright windowsill
