Brilliantly executed Diana, beautiful light shining through the leaves. So sorry you have had shingles I know all about that!! I managed to get the Art of Watercolour yesterday to look at your candle painting. Congratulations! Hope you feel much better now, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Ps you must get the shingles vaccination I have ;)

Half imperial watercolour Sorry to have been very inactive in the gallery lately. After a few weeks of infections, viruses shingles and not to forget a broken toe ... I’m getting beck to my painting table. I loved the light in and amongst the leaves of these flowers. The complimentary orange and green looks so bold together. This has taken me weeks of little daubs when I felt up to it. Had enough of it now and looking forward to starting something fresh after Christmas I have managed a brief look in the gallery most days and continuing to enjoy all the work.
