This line and wash was done outside the marquee just a few metres from where I had a small stand at a May Fayre in Sheffield's Weston Park (you can see the guy ropes to the right). Everyone was having a great time with a folk band playing in the bandstand and an enthusiastic public engaging in complex reels to the far left under the tutelage of the band's lead singer. Ink line to save time and then "colouring in" from my W & N sketchers box, on a St Cuthbert's Mill bonded Waterford block. The block saves a board and is less likely to cockle.
