I LOVE this - the perspective, the sense of depth and those grasses and that deep blue is the icing on the cake.

A good lead into the composition is important, and you can’t get anything better than this…so well painted Martin!

That is superb, Martin! What a wonderful sketch!!

Love this, the grasses are beautifully done, and that deep blue really catches your attention.

Love the dramatic foreground and the distant details Martin.

A superb painting Martin, capturing something beautiful and I can see what attracted you, despite the name! Great background info.

I do like the sharpness of detail in your work Martin. And the perspective here is excellent.

Superb work Martin.

Great work Martin.

This is good like that touch of blue, makes it all work well Martin.

Super artwork Martin ☺️

Great, I feel I could reach out and touch those grasses.

Thank you all so much for your supportive comments which I really appreciate

I totally agree with Heather, Martin. It feels like I'm walking beside you, seeing what you're feeling! Captivating!

Love this, especially the blue sky reflection.
