Nice one Thea and welcome to the Snail Club!

Fantastic, the snails are winning!!!

Hi Thea ,Ive noticed lots of snail drawings. Is it a special theme at the moment? Like the ones you've done.

Great to have you on board - now there's a place on the committee.....!

A warm welcome to Snail Club! We can offer daily activities , good laughs and an opportunity to meat new friends. Meetings are held in Snailtown and we have also got aSwimming Club, Ladies Circle and Sports Club. I think that we can offer you a full membership after having seen this very attractive and flattering portrait of some of our friends.

Now hold on a minute, Michael didn't offer me a place on any committee :(

It's all good fun, isn't it and much less stressful than painting!! If I am on the committee, can I be in charge of catering and buy all the choccy biscuits for the weekly meetings??

Welcome Thea and what a great start!

Great. I feel the themes are expanding. I am enjoying all these very much.

I think that there should be a vote on who's on the committee..

Honestly, I post a pen and wash and then a snail doodle on the same day and guess which one gives people the most enjoyment, lol! I am not sure what that says about us artists on POL!

This is just super, Thea! Never thought I'd find humor is snails, but I do!

They are amusing, aren't they, Seok, and they provide a little light relief from the serious business of creating.

Well - I had to, didn't I - couldn't be left out. This is inspired by the growing number of days and events we are now press-ganged into celebrating. They all seem to run into one another after a while. I am voting for Christmas to be like the Olympics - every 4 years, instead of annually. What a relief that would be!
