I love Beaumaris and Anglesey, Thea, I spent time with my aunt there in the school holidays during the war, as my uncle was an optical technician working on the famous Catalina Flying Boats in the Straits. Caught and cooked shrimps on the beach with my cousin!! Happy days! Glad to see you posting. x

We have a caravan near to Anglesey where Beaumaris castle is so I thought I would do a painting of it as it really is a lovely building.
