Many thanks to all for taking a look and for your generous comments. Youre right Diana, I do really enjoy doing this kind of liberating watercolour (when it works. I can also get pretty miserable when it doesnt!). But thats part of the excitement.

My type of watercolour pared down to the basics and beautifully loose , work like this to me is the true art of watercolour because it looks easy but is far from . Like you when a loose one doesn't work out I get frustrated but when it does it's pure joy , I love it
