It does look very alone but beautifully painted Mia.

Fabulous tree Mia

That’s such a beautiful study. I love the shapes of the branches

Lovely drawing Mia.

A lonely tree. Super shading Mia.

It might be on its own but it really stands out 👍😀

This is a super study Mia as usual. Really excellent tree with at least four tones. Looking at it as a painting, i would turn the paper upside down, wet the horizon line including the distant headlands and brush in a medium mix. let dry, then with the same mix paint the headland. This will give distance to the water. Just a thought Mia!!!

Thank you all very much for your encouraging comments. Thank you David for the positive suggestion. I will keep it in mind and give it a try.

Excellent as ever.

Delicately drawn - sensititive work!

Having read my comment Mia, it is not quite clear what i said. I meant to say after turning the paper upside down wet the paper from the horizon up into the sky area around the tree, then let the paint spread up into the sky. Sorry for any confusion. Dave

Love this one Mia - beautiful.

This is so well done.

Beautiful painting Mia. Love the shading and especially the detail in the foreground

Beautiful and delicate.
