Marjorie this is gorgeous and so well painted. I like the detail, not too much in this case because of the greens and background. It’s sad when the last flowers go, but you’ve captured this end of summer scene beautifully.

A tangle of foliage is always a challenge. There is so much going on but you have painted a convincing image with a good composition. Great work Marjorie

Oil on board, 12”x12”. The flowers are still hanging on in there despite the change in the weather. A bit tricky to do - deciding how much detail to put in….
