I’ve never painted such a large scene in so small a format before. I would say it required a bit more thought but it was so enjoyable - I happened to have a small canvas panel, can’t remember where it even came from! I think inspiration came from all the beautiful autumn colours around at the moment but this week may be the last, wind and rain are changing things. Once again, many thanks everyone for spurring me on!
