So I went to San Francisco in 1971 and I was the only one who looked vaguely like that! The others a great too. Your fisherman’s friend looks like a serious portrait, while your aviator should have changed his clothes by now - they are probably a bit smelly!

Thanks for your comments. Yes Linda the bearded man was supposed to be 'normal', when sitting down to draw 'something' I thought of those Cornish fishermen paintings on the forum...and had a go at one.

Done during hot weather. Thought I'd better get used to it. Top right is all watercolour which was drying almost immediately, the others are a mix of watercolour, pen and coloured pencil.
