Morning , Lewis, another cracker and one instantly recognisable as an LC. You do achieve so much "character" within your work. Might have trouble dropping off tonight !.

Very disturbing!

Archie Andrews' alter ego?

Excellent work Lew, there is something a bit spooky about the dummies, your is excellent.

Wonderful work Lewis.

Yes always found ventriloquist dummies a bit spooky, must have been that film with Anthony Hopkins in think it was called "Magic" Your painting really gives one the Creeps !!!!

Thanks very much to all for your comments. I was hoping for the 'creepy' effect, makes a change from cartoons.

I havent a clue why you're not famous Lewis. There is something extraordinary about all your work. I dont know who influenced you or inspired you. I can't say I've seen any other art like this. Its wonderful and it both mirrors this world and creates another world.

Excellent Lewis - Stephen King meets Archie Andrews !

I'm not saying a word! I'll think out loud, brilliant.

Thanks again to all for your comments, and thank you Micheal for your generous remarks.

Who are you looking at? Really disturbing, Lewis...they really look alike, Too!

All the ventriloquist dummies are somewhat spooky to me. Great depiction Lew. Peter Brough was a great voice man...on radio! (-:

I've found some ventriloquist acts to be a bit disturbing, and so have the moviemakers. Pen, inktense charcoal grey, watercolor wash.

About the Artist
Lewis Cooper

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
