Thanks again to everybody for having a look and making a comment. Linda, that's too hard a question. For now, I'd probably say the Hobbit, because it's a fantasy far removed from reality, and reality is pretty hard to take at the moment. The subject matter also derives from pure imagination, and that's always a source of wonderment. At some time in the future, I might make another choice.

Just given up on a larger painting, so it's back to doodling with a pencil. Filling gaps in two toned sketchbooks, gone off the tan tone, grey tone OK, but in future I'll stick to white.
