Biography

Hello there everyone. Im michael and i live in a small village in rotherham. Ive been painting for about ten years but i have drawn all my life from childhood. I love nature and try to capture the essence of creation though i have to admit most of my pictures are from imagination. My artist hero is Bierstadt though i often seem to remind viewers of Turner. I dont mind, he is remembered as the best british artist so no need to grumble. I also love music of all kinds and write my own, usually for classical admirers. I had a bad breakdown 6 years ago and it has taken a long time to recover. The last six months have been alot better for me and the encouragement from my fellow artists is very important to me. Thankyou to those in charge of the site for still allowing me to show my pictures.
