Waxwing and Sorbus Berries
For the Christmas that never was, hope you can all find some joy in this most difficult of years. Very seldom do we get waxwings this far from the coast where I live, but when they do come, it's fantastic to see them. They seem to love Sorbus berries that remain on the trees. Our Sorbus tree drops it's berries far too soon for waxwings though. Gouache with a few digital snowflakes and text on Bristol board 250gsm A5.
