Lovely painting - like how you have painted the foreground.

Thank you all so very much for your wonderful, kind and generous comments. I’m interested to read your feedback on the palette…..I wasn’t sure about the flat sky and water but it was one of those low lit, overcast days and this is how it was…..anyway I went with it. Also I wasn’t sure that I had added enough variation in the grass area, as it’s most of the painting really, I thought it looked a bit flat. I’m so glad you like it!
