Great treatment of the tree and water. It "drenched" in Stockport yesterday evening.

It looks seriously wet in your painting, Fiona. Definite staying-in weather. Just as bad down here on the south coast.

I don’t think anyone has managed to escape the heavy rain lately, the fields here have been soaked. It does make them and the surrounding countryside look so different. Thank you all very much for your comments.

I haven't been posting for various reasons and from having a few niggles with the site which I won't go into just now! I've just logged in after ages and I'll post a painting later on.
