Thank you Denise, Tessa and Faye for your kind comment. I thought it would look better in this format Tessa due to the stretch out wings. Denise I had painted the background dark then decided to add the trees and the very pail moon , thankfully it worked out.

Thank you Chris , I do like painting owls there are a few in my gallery . They are beautiful creature and lunch for me over the last ten years I have been able to watch the young hatch and grow on a old barn .
