Lunch

Different from you Paul but just as good. Fancy a bit of that Cheese and Cider of course !

My idea of a great lunch, good one Paul

They lived well these ploughmen. Makes me hungry just looking at it. Cheese and crusty bread...great inventions, I'd put them alongside the wheel.

Cheese and onion you can’t beat it Paul. Great piece of art.

Many thanks Richard, Heather , Lew and Carole for your kind comments they are appreciated.

Like your well thought out collection of food Paul. Very appetising and well painted.

Good painting Paul. All looks yummy. I would eat all what you have painted. 😊

Thank you Carole, all my favourites just love a ploughman’s lunch.

Thanks Faye , sorry it’s all gone.

My kind of lunch Paul, very good still life.

Thank you Denise your comment is appreciated.

I’m very partial to ploughman’s lunch Paul, with a nice glass of stout! A very nice collection of still life objects, it’s a cracker!

Thanks Fiona , now there is a drink I haven’t had for a long time , a glass of stout I used to enjoy the occasional pint.

A good watercolour sketch Paul.

I like the overlapping section in the centre Paul and great work on the onion!

I like that a lot, Paul! So different from your usual paintings.

Many thanks Dympna , Frank and David for your comments. I did enjoy painting this and the onion was a particular favourite to do. I try to vary what I do David , at the moment I seem to be taken over by horses , so deliberately did this to ring the changes .

That’s made me hungry 🤣 Good work 👍

Thank you Alan , it made me feel hungry while painting it,

I like the cheeses and onion ,I hope you didn't eat it all.

Thank you Anne and Diane for your comments. There is a bit left , I tend when having a cheese and onion sandwich to have a bit of cheese and a large amount of onion, it know by my children as a dads , onion and maybe some cheese sandwich.

This is fantastic Paul, and that tablecloth!!

Carrie thank you for your comment it’s most welcome and appreciated.

That's a good well painted lunch Paul!

A4 watercolour, of a ploughman’s lunch . Busy drawing horses so did this quick sketch to ring the changes. Also I had a ploughman’s lunch with a small cider alcohol free of course.
