Undercover Market by Paul (Dixie) Dean

24x32 cm watercolour on 200gsm paper. Every so often I do a painting that my younger granddaughters can use for a story. This was prompted by the threat of the local council closing a veg shop in favour of a national retailer. The elder of the two understand thst it’s wrong I think the younger one it the name of the shop she likes Frutie Tuti. Inspired by old photos of Covent Garden market.
