A4 in A3 mount , watercolour painting of three large beech trees in the early autumn part imaginary scene . It’s taken me ages as I can only work for ten minutes then need to stop for quite a while before doing another ten minutes. I used to turn a painting like this out in a morning. It seems strange painting slower it give more time to think, not sure that’s a positive thing as I have the tendency to fiddle around. Pleased with the outcome despite the frustration and enjoying t landscape work .
