Wet woodlands

It’s a good effect Paul, and you’ve set yourself a project......passing on your enthusiasm to your gdaughter.

You have captured the rainy woodland well, Paul - lovely colours too! ( Nice that your grand-daughter is interested in painting now.)

Thank you Fiona and Anne for your kind comments. Both my youngest granddaughter love painting and over the years have spent quite a lot of time helping me to paint and painting for me. It’s the first time that the eldest of the two had wanted to know the techniques of a particular painting , hopefully she will continue her interest , their mum is a very good artist but doesn’t have the time theses days .

This is a really nice effect Paul and in fifteen minutes that is some going. I feel that I can almost touch the wet branches here. How very noble of you to take you granddaughter under your wing and show her how its done. I am confident that you will make a great teacher.
