Good one Paul

A super piece. You've captured the atmosphere of a bygone era really well.

Excellent Paul, tells a story. Super work.

Thank you Linda,Heather,Seok, Denise and Lew for you very kind and encouraging comments they are much appreciated.

Really good work, Paul.

Lots to see!

Love it Dixie - full of life!

Another great painting from some one who knows about sea craft.

Thank you Anne, Regloh, Anth, John and Michael for you kind comments. I think like most of the transport in the area they had definitely gone past the sell by date . No doubt the boilers were help together with botch tape , still very sad to see them pass , as most modern ships , lorries cars etc don’t seem to have any character to them .

A terrific result Paul, lovely detailed work.

Nice one Paul.

Excellent result Dixie, full of character and memories.

Many thanks Fiona, Linda and Tessa for you kind comments.

24x36cm watercolour. Full details in the work in progress forum . Set in the 1960s shortly before the Tung Shan was scrapped and replaced by a hydrofoil. Three photos used , unusual that there are few people about, I assume photos were taken early morning. So much history in these old photos showing moment in everyday life .
