Diana this is just brilliant, exactly how it is to look through a rain drenched window! Hope you come through the other side of Doris okay.

Wonderful painting Diana, so clever!

Brilliant Diana, so clever, like Fiona says just what it's like today!

Great stuff Diana, although I hope Doris soon departs. Nice work indeed.

Looks like the view through my car windscreen this afternoon! Great stuff.

Just great Diana...but please could you add my blown down fence , garden bench teetering on the edge of the pond and disgruntled birds trying to find their table. A very clever painting.

Thank you very much Fiona, Margaret. Carole, Jim , Peter , Sylvia, Juris and Marjorie. The right side was a struggle but the left was a nightmare. I wanted to reserve white paper without using masking fluid as the lines would be too harsh. Gave up and got out some gouache. The result is pretty crude but effective from a distance.

Lovely painting - I just didn't know what I wanted to say about it, so I just gave you a like initially. Others have obviously found the words.

This really is a splendid and inspiring painting.

Absolutely brilliant Diana, so very well observed and superlative skill.

Thank you Linda. I really appreciate you taking time to leave your comment. Thank you Tony and Russell. Your feedback is very welcome

An amazing effect, so realistic, Diana.

So so clever! Well done

Like this Diana I take photos through the windscreen in rain and have done similar paintings to this , very nice painting

Stunning observation as ever.

Very well achieved Diana

Well captured and depicted.

Thank you so much for all your well received comments. Each one is very valued.Ann, Timothy, Dennis, les, Derek and Gudrun. I must have a look at your rain paintings Dennis.

Mysterious, Beautiful and very satisfying to look at. You have produced an almost fluid metallic looking surface Diana and I've spent twenty minutes trying to work out how you have done it!!! Brilliant.

Another amazing painting, Diana.

Hang on Studio Wall

Half imperial rough Saunders Waterford. Watercolour. Loved the rain distorting the objects and lights.
