That glass is amazing. I can hardly believe it is watercolour!

I love your work Diana. So amazing and lifelike. Love it all - down to the gas light under the cooker!

Such a skilful watercolour painting Diana

Diana, this looks so real, brilliant

Amazing watercolour Diana, thi is a masterwork, light, reflections, colours, it is all skilfully rendered. You are very talented, Diana.

Diana, this is amazing, an unusual subject but so well done. How long did it take you?

Brilliant work with the water colours, great finish on the jars!

Diana I could brake that glass with a hammer its so, so you know convincing.

The glass is excellent

Gorgeous Diana the glass looks more real than real.

A brilliant piece Diana.

Been away myself the last few weeks Diana, but this painting makes me realise what I've been missing. Beautiful and masterly.

A superb watercolour Diana - your skill in handling the medium is quite evident. The glass is amazing and the composition is really good.

Its one of your best paintings.. Great efforts and very precise work..

Wow, thank you for so much positive feedback I think the dark colour helped in defining the translucency of the glass. Lin, Adele,Lynne,Jenny M, Cesare,JennyH,Paul,John,Janet,Dennis Rou,Bob,DennisRob,Suzanne,Russel, Andre,Jujle,Manashree and Gudran.. Thank you for your much appreciated and motivating comments. Jenny, in answer to your question, I spent several days on the jars but didn't want to be too precise The background was slapped on in a few minutes at the end!! Hence the last pan falling off the hob! I struggle with backgrounds so snd up slapping a bit of colour around! Diana

The glass is smashing, don't touch! The treatment of the engravings in the jars is tremendous as is the idea and whole rendition.

I really like the 'ordinariness' of the subject, and so acutely well observed too.

Brilliant Diana....love your 'out of the box' subjects and always challenging.

Derek, I won't touch it !! The brushes are down. Thank you John and Fiona too. I might get this one framed. Diana

Wonderful! Love it Diana.

I've just seen it - very very masterly Diana. I love the beauty of these "ordinary" objects .

Carole, Frank and Marjorie, thank you for your support. I really appreciate it. Diana
