Love this rugged interpretation of cliff edges Diana, really good textures produced. Well worth the mess I'd say!

Well ripped into...... so effective .

Great stuff, Diana. I admire this adventurous approach which can result in super pieces such as this.

Thank you Carole. The cliffs are orange with dead bracken at this time of year Thank you Sylvia. I hope I can make more of composition next time. Thank you John. Somet, getting totally expressive without any responsibility results in spontaneously fresh painting. Thank you Gudrun. I need lots more practice in using acrylics but still look forward to my watercolour again

Lovely textured painting Diana.

Thank you Henry. It will fill a space on the wall of a Cornish holiday home.

Something almost medieval about this Dianna. I can imagine all sorts of historical connection in it. Great stuff.

Its very effective and it's a really good piece of work

Thank you Jim and Dermot. It's interesting to hear people's opinions, especially on a piece which is far removed from my usual work style.

Well this ism my usual watercolour. 30x20 '' acrylic on canvas. I used a roller , knife and plastic card to just let rip. In my head, it's somewhere around the cliffs of Porthcurno. I haven't much experience or understanding of using acrylics and the mess on myself and the room is remarkable !! I have certainly christened my beautiful new easel. I look forward to getting my watercolour brushes back in action but have two more canvases to daub more paint on
