I think its a lovely painting David, and if means something to somebody it will sell, I've often sold churches to people in the past.

Very well done David, even if people don't particularly like churches, this one is part of the lovely scene so I'm sure that people will like it.

Thank you all, glad you like it. Well, Linda, you and the first local professional's advice were right, it did sell at the weekend's exhibition. To me, though, it's a painting of late afternoon light, not the church!
