Superb for 15 minutes Alan.

Love it. Nice one 👍

What a nice way to loosen up , excellent sketch Alan.

Smashing! Tones all there so quickly.look forward to the painting.

Love the economy of your simplistic, effective , pen and ink marks, Alan.

If this is loosening up..can't wait to see you in full swong. It's lovely!

A lovely group Alan, and has your relaxed penwork about it. -very nice for a 'quicky'

Nicely done, like the lead in to the buildings !!

A good start puts you in a positive frame of mind when you go on to paint. Nice little sketch Alan.

Very good, nicely sketched set of buildings.

You could do a whole town in 30 mins Alan! Excellent sketch as usual.

15 minutes very well spent Alan. Whilst I am faffing about deciding what music to play, sharpening a pencil, selecting which paper to use, wondering where to place my cup of tea and having a think about whatever it is I'm about to draw you produce this!

Very classy work, astonishing for 15 minutes.

So well done for 15 minutes!

Squiggles and lines can say it all, can't they. Simply super.

I can only assume you have air conditioning, because the last thing I want to do at the moment is spend a few hours painting in oil. Still - immediately recognizable as a Bickley, didn't need to check the name!

Very nice Alan and much more loose than I would do

Good stuff Al! Can’t wait to see the oil.

Thanks guys, I’m not planning on painting this in oils. - I said I was going into the studio to do some oil painting! This composition isn’t particularly oil painting material in my opinion!

A wonderful sketch in so few time, Alan, great skill!

Very good 15 minuter!

Another superb pirce

That’s great - well loosened up.

A lovely sunny sketch!

Pen and ink with grey marker for shadows, simple 15 minute sketch on A4 grey paper - just loosening up ready for a few hours oil painting in the studio.
