Colour choice is really enjoyable in this one, Alan. And a strong composition. I'm also enjoying the balance of strong rigidity with the fluidity from nature.

Wonderful sketch/painting, love the simplicity of your work Alan you make it look so easy and I would have this on my wall. I have many of other artists including quite a few of Alwyn Crashaw but one that stands out is my favourite which like this a simple scene which he sent me free! But those simple ones can sometimes be your best ones and they don’t have to be major large artworks! Top class!🙏👌

Pen and wash of this famous landmark. Around A4 size on mountboard. My usual style, straight in with a loaded rigger brush, no preliminary drawing, it only confuses the issue!
