Colours of happiness.

Superbly painted Alan.

Wonderful Fire in the sky

Beautiful work Alan. Sunsets are so difficult in watercolour and this is lovely.

Love the rich colour.

Beautifully done Alan , I really like the looseness.

Thanks guys… wet in wet is such an exciting way to start with watercolour if you’re a beginner.

Always admire competent water colourists as I really struggle with this medium. The example here just shows what splendid results can be achieved in watercolour.

He's done it again! Thing is, I DO believe Alan when he says this was rapid - it wouldn't be rapid if I'd done it, though... There are decades of experience on view in this watercolour: the knowledge of where to put things, which is so hard to acquire, and so vital.

Stunning as always, Alan!!

This jumped out right at me. Wonderful Alan.

A beauty for sure Alan- love it!

Very well painted Alan. Reminds me of Turner sketches. Beautifully done.

Thanks guys once again…

Lovely work Alan, as George has said, Turneresque.

I agree ref the Turner touch, Alan. Great impact.

Great use of watercolour and I really like your approach to this medium - it’s a fabulous painting.

Beautiful as always Alan.

Stunning sky, beautiful!

Gorgeous sky colours, love the dark dry brush signifying landscape Alan.
