Great viewpoint perfect colour combined with that line and texture what more could you ask Alan

Good composition, especially like the middle section!

Like the colour and line work Alan.

Really like how you set your castles up to look a believable fortification with it's base of solid rocks. Great descriptive line work and limited palette.

Full of vitality...

I really like this Alan, great line work on the castle and I love the way the main rocks look like flowing lava and yet have that strength and solidity at the same time. I also like the colours used, limited in number but the colours of the earth and vegetation, a really nice piece.

Thank you all for some positive comments. As some of you will know, I always push the boundaries when it comes to style and particularly colour, I have to in my case, so that my enthusiasm for painting continues to flourish.

Love the buildup towards the castle Alan, lovely strong marks.

Full of dynamism, with a wonderful variety of lines and marks. Excellent piece, Alan!

I love the design element of your painting - very striking Alan

Brilliant impression, done quickly with confidence
