Well thanks everyone for your comments, after looking at it again, I’ve decided to remove the hedge line and gate, it’s too fussy and not needed! In fact it distracts the eye from the sunset.

Lovely contrast between the cool land and the fiery sky. I can see ‘lips’ in the lower part of the sky!

Well, I think the hedge and gates etc. are great. It's your painting but, if I were you, Alan, I'd do very little to this. It's fabulous.
