A challenge very well met!

Well done Tessa. I like these kind of challenges, they have restrictions ( colours in this case ) which don't make it too daunting but they also stretch you by forcing you to really push the limits on tones. It's quite amazing what results you can achieve. When all this is dry, would you ever think about adding colour glazes? That can be very satisfying too.

Thank you Heather and Marjorie. Yes I have thought of adding maybe some tones of yellow which were in the photo, or even try a second version with colour. As I mentioned it was a class exercise set up to make us consider tones better so... we will see!
